Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains when Seorvia may provide a refund for one-time purchases such as credits or paid usage. Seorvia provides a Free plan so you can evaluate the Service before purchasing.

1. One-Time Purchases (No Recurring Billing)

Unless explicitly stated at checkout, Seorvia does not charge you on a recurring basis. Purchases are generally one-time payments (for example: buying additional credits or paid usage).

2. No Cancellation

Because credits are delivered digitally and often instantly, purchases cannot be cancelled once completed.

3. No Refund for Delivered Credits (Including Unused Credits)

All credit purchases are final. Credits are non-refundable and non-transferable once delivered to your account, whether or not the credits are used. Please use the Free plan to test before purchasing.

4. Refund Eligibility (Exceptions)

Refunds may be granted only in the following cases:

  • Duplicate charge — you were charged more than once for the same purchase due to a system/payment error.
  • Fulfillment failure — payment succeeded but credits were not delivered to your account due to a system issue.
  • Material system error — the Service is not usable after purchase due to a confirmed system fault (case-by-case).

5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Unused credits — refunds will not be issued for unused credits once delivered to your account.
  • Change of mind / no longer needing the Service.
  • Misunderstanding of features or expected outcomes not promised by Seorvia.
  • Credits already used (partially or fully).
  • Temporary service interruptions that are resolved within a reasonable time.
  • Purchases made through third parties mistakenly believed to be Seorvia.

6. Request Window

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the purchase date.

  • Transaction reference / receipt
  • Short explanation of the issue
  • Supporting screenshots (if available)

We typically review refund requests within 2–3 business days and will notify you of the outcome. If approved, refunds are sent back to the original payment method where possible.

8. Payment Processor Fees

In some cases, payment processors may not return their processing fees. If applicable, non-refundable fees may be deducted from the refunded amount.

Seorvia provides SEO insights based on automated calculations and/or third-party data sources. We strive for accuracy, but we do not guarantee absolute precision or that metrics will match any specific third-party provider.
