By using Seorvia, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of a company or other entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

2. Service Description

Seorvia provides online SEO utility tools designed to help users analyze websites and domains, generate insights, and support SEO decision-making. Our tools may include (but are not limited to):

• DA / PA Checker — estimates Domain Authority and Page Authority metrics
• DR / UR Checker — estimates Domain Rating and URL Rating metrics
• Domain Age Checker — provides domain age and registration-related information when available
• Spam Score Checker — highlights potential spam indicators and risk signals
• All-in-One Checker — combines multiple checks into a single report for convenience
• Rank Tracker — tracks keyword position changes over time (where available)
• Backlink & Referring Domains Overview — summarizes link signals and referring domains (where available)
• Traffic / Visibility Estimates — provides approximate traffic or visibility indicators (where available)
• Guest Posts Marketplace — provides access to publisher inventory for sponsored/guest post placements, including pricing and basic metrics (where available)

Results may be based on third-party data sources and automated calculations. Output is provided for informational purposes and should not be treated as a guarantee of rankings, performance, or outcomes.

Guest Posts Marketplace: guest post listings and metrics are provided for convenience and may be estimates or sourced from third parties. Availability, publisher requirements, turnaround time, and editorial decisions are outside our control and may change without notice.

The Service may be available through free features and/or paid features, including one-time purchases (e.g., buying additional credits).

3. Accounts and Registration

Some features may require you to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately.

4. One-Time Purchases, Credits, and Paid Access

Seorvia may offer free usage and paid usage. Paid usage may include one-time purchases (for example: buying additional credits). Credits are consumed based on tool usage and data complexity. Features, credit amounts, and usage rules may change over time as we improve the Service.

No recurring billing: unless explicitly stated at checkout, Seorvia does not charge you on a recurring basis.

Credits delivery: credits are typically delivered instantly to your account after successful payment.

Final sale: all credit purchases are final and non-refundable, whether or not credits are used. Credits are non-transferable once delivered to your account.

Exceptions: we may issue a refund only for billing errors (e.g., duplicate charges) or fulfillment failures (e.g., payment successful but credits were not delivered due to a system issue), and where required by applicable law. For details, please review our Refund Policy.

5. Payments

Payment processing may be handled by third-party payment providers. We do not store full sensitive payment details such as full card numbers. Your payment provider may collect and process payment information in accordance with their policies.

By making a purchase, you authorize us (and our payment providers) to charge the applicable fees and any applicable taxes using your selected payment method.

6. User Conduct

When using the Service, you agree that you will not:

• Misuse the Service by interfering with its normal operation or attempting to access it using methods other than provided interfaces.
• Attempt to bypass usage limits, security measures, or access controls.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fully accurate at all times. Metrics and results may vary due to data sources, availability, updates, and other factors.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Seorvia and its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Service; (b) any conduct or content of any third party; or (c) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.
